1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise, and are subject to material availability and site conditions confirmed at survey.

2. Orders and variations

Work is accepted on receipt of a written purchase order referencing our quotation number. Variations to scope after commencement are quoted separately before being carried out.

3. Payment terms

As stated on the quotation. New clients may be asked for an advance or a staged payment schedule.

4. Site conditions and access

Programme dates assume the access, power and working hours agreed at survey. Where site conditions differ materially from those agreed, the programme and price may be revised.

5. Materials

Materials are supplied to the grades and specifications stated in the quotation. Where a client supplies materials, we are not responsible for defects arising from them.

6. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on the quotation. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we administer on the client’s behalf where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the work supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of production or delay costs.

9. Governing law
