Frequently Asked Questions
Surveys, quotations, timelines, materials and after-service support.
The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, send us a message and we will answer it directly.
Working with us
Yes, on anything beyond a simple supply. The survey is what makes the quotation reliable — it establishes existing conditions, access, available services and the operating constraints we have to work around. It is also where most of the expensive surprises get caught.
Routinely. Most of our pharmaceutical and manufacturing work is carried out around live production, sequenced into agreed shutdown windows and planned so critical areas stay available.
Yes. We provide design and engineering consultation for piping, HVAC, water systems and sewage treatment plants, and can work either from your consultant’s drawings or from a brief.
Quotations and projects
The facility type, the systems involved, drawings or a schedule if you have them, the site location, and your required completion date. If it is a tender, tell us the submission date and we will prioritise it.
Thirty days from issue unless stated otherwise, subject to material availability and the site conditions confirmed at survey.
Yes. Projects range from a single softener service or a run of insulation through to a complete cleanroom and utility package.
Materials and standards
MS, stainless steel, GI, PVC, PPR and cPVC. Which one is right depends on what the line carries, the temperature and pressure it sees, how it will be cleaned, and whether it has to be validated.
Yes. We fabricate cleanroom furniture and utility piping to GMP standards, using pharmaceutical-grade welding and validation practice, and we collect material certificates, weld maps and test records as the work proceeds rather than afterwards.
We work with Siemens, Simplex, Asenware and Hochiki among others, and will recommend based on what the building needs and what can be serviced locally.
After handover
Yes — scheduled maintenance, filter supply arrangements, softener servicing, fire system testing and inspection, and operation and maintenance contracts for sewage treatment plants.
Material certificates, weld and test records where applicable, commissioning results, equipment manuals and warranty details. For validated pharmaceutical work this is assembled as a complete handover pack.
For systems we installed or maintain, same or next business day in most cases. Tell us the equipment and the fault when you call so we can arrive with the right parts.
